Q: Do you have stocks?
A: We're a manfacturer, we only have limited inventory, please contact us with your quantities. Also we can produce a large number of bags in a short time.
Q: Could you customize my own logo? What format do you accept?
A: Of course we can. We can customize any logo as you need. And please offer your logo in PDF or AI format.
Q: Could you send me a sample?
A: If we have stock samples in hand, we can provide samples for free, you just need to pay the shipping fee. If re-do and custom customer's logo, you need pay extra sample charges which will be refunded when you place the order from us.
Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:Quality is always the most important. We attach great importance to quality controling from raw material to shipment. We have a complete and improving quality control system, including IQC (incoming quality control), PPI(preproduction inspection), DPI (during production inspection) and FQA (final quality assurance).
